Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Employer vertical from inception, defining strategy, shipping initial products, and establishing a durable new business line for self-insured employers and their brokers.

The role is fully remote within the United States and requires deep 0→1 product ownership in complex healthcare settings, customer-focused leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity as you build from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience owning products end to end.
• 5+ years building for the direct-to-employer and/or broker market.
• Ability to ship high-complexity, 0→1 solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communicator with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employer vertical, from first conversations through first shipped products and early revenue.
• Translate employer and broker knowledge into a concrete product plan—supported by solutions engineering and flexible resourcing.
• Plan design, self-insurance, incentives, steerage, care navigation, and direct contracting perspectives to prioritize work.
• Drive early-stage concepts through iteration, execution, and validation with employer and broker customers.
