Job summary

Turquoise Health is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Manager to build the Life Sciences vertical from the ground up in the US. You will define the strategy, ship the first products, and establish a durable new line of business with pharma and medical device manufacturers.

You will own end-to-end product development, partner with a GM/SME, and translate market access and contracting knowledge into a concrete roadmap while driving early customer validation and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in health technology.
• 3+ years with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers.
• Experience shipping 0→1 solutions in a startup.
• Ability to operate as a peer to a GM/SME.
• Proven growth and increasing scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences vertical, from first customer conversations through first shipped products and early revenue.
• Partner with the GM/SME as a peer—co‑owning the commercial motion while translating market access and contracting knowledge into a concrete, sequenced product plan.
• Develop and defend your domain point of view across manufacturer economics—chargebacks, rebates, gross‑to‑net, formulary, and coverage.
• Drive early‑stage concepts through iteration, execution, and enhancement with real customer validation.
• Turn pricing and contract data assets into products in collaboration with Engineering and Data.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Legal and with external stakeholders and customers.
• Be the customer’s voice by building relationships with pharma and medical device customers.
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments in life sciences.
