Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to build products from ground up where no playbook exists.
• Exceptional first-principles thinking and ability to quantify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Customer discovery and market validation through launch and scale.
• Deep market and user research to uncover unmet needs in physical operations and translate them into differentiated product opportunities.
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap balancing customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build full-stack solutions and accelerate delivery.
• Partner with sales, customer success and marketing to win strategic deals and scale adoption.
• Establish success metrics, track performance and iterate to deliver measurable impact for customers and Samsara revenue growth.
