Job summary

You will champion customer voice, drive digital solutions, and lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch, focusing on user-centric products for customers, agents, injured workers, and providers.

Required are 2+ years in product management and Agile/Scrum, with strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office, Jira, and UX/UI concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management.
• 2+ years in Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills and documenting business processes.
• Experience developing roadmaps, epics, stories, and UAT.
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
• Knowledge of design thinking and UX/UI principles.
• Strong business/customer engagement skills.
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
• MS Office, Jira, and Lucidcharts proficiency.
• Insurtech/fintech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate needs of target personas using feedback channels.
• Set OKRs for a product and validate business cases before investment.
• Develop a clear product vision and a supporting roadmap.
• Prioritize features and milestones to achieve the vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and with quality.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and monitor OKRs post-launch.
• Identify risks and opportunities using data insights.
