Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to own planning and execution for tactical features within our Contracts product. This fully remote role is US-based and collaborates with Engineering and the broader Product team to convert customer feedback into shipped improvements.

You will triage reported issues from Customer Success, identify themes, translate priorities into engineering-ready requirements, and perform UAT.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in health care revenue cycle or health tech.
• Triage and prioritize inbound customer requests with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; non-traditional backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product, from scoping through eng handoff and launch.
• Own triage of confirmed issue reports and feature requests with Engineering.
• Identify themes across support tickets and convert them into scoped work.
• Translate issues into engineering-ready requirements and prioritize accordingly.
• Complete UAT on changes before production release.
• Partner with Customer Success on status and prioritization of in-flight improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering on execution and roadmaps.
• Help structure contracts support intake and drive process improvements.
• Grow into broader product ownership across the Contracts product.
• Design and operationalize AI-powered solutions and workflows.
