Turquoise Health is seeking a Strategy and Operations Director for the Employer function. This fully remote role in the United States partners with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives across the business.

You will manage internal communications, resource planning, and create content for presentations, abstracts, and strategy documents, while influencing the trajectory of Turquoise Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting experience (preferably with Employee Benefits experience).
• In-depth knowledge of corporate healthcare and healthcare purchasing. Ideally with experience in care navigation and/or direct contracting.
• Analytical mind with strong strategic thinking skills and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knack for making thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly building consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the company's strategic objectives and long-term goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Design strategic frameworks and actionable plans to drive growth and optimize performance.
• Monitor industry dynamics and provide insights to the executive team for decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
• Drive cross-functional projects with effective communication and alignment across departments.
• Create and prepare content for presentations, abstracts, and whitepapers.
