Job summary
True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a founding PLM Solutions Engineer for an early-stage industrial R&D software company. You will own the technical narrative in enterprise deals and help shape how new product capabilities are positioned and brought to market.
Lead discovery, deliver value-driven demonstrations, and align product capabilities to customer needs. Collaborate with leadership and product teams to influence roadmap and positioning.
Qualifications
- Five to eight years of PLM solutions engineering or related roles.
- Deep expertise in process PLM, especially process PLM.
- Experience with PLM software in vendor, consulting, or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, Arena, Aras, Propel, or Oracle Agile.
- Experience owning discovery, demonstrations, and technical storytelling in enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and demonstrations for enterprise PLM opportunities.
- Own the technical narrative throughout the sales process, aligning product capabilities to customer needs.
- Develop demo environments, messaging, and go-to-market narratives as new products take shape.
- Work closely with company leadership and product teams to share customer feedback and influence roadmap and positioning.
- Help establish the solutions engineering playbook while supporting customers in a developing market.
