Clients Blackbox Inc in Austin, Texas, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Lead to own the entire sales process and develop internal marketing strategies. This role is a hands-on contributor to drive sales and manage Meta advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have B2B closing experience, earn a base salary of $85,000 with an OTE of $150,000, and have the opportunity to build a sales and marketing team as the company grows. Fully remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Proven track record of earning over $125,000 in total compensation.
• Experience with professional services sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks.
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns.
• Comfortable operating across sales and marketing functions.

Responsabilités

• Own sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Develop and execute internal marketing strategy.
• Manage full pipeline, handle objections, follow-ups, and proposals.
• Run Meta advertising campaigns and create marketing assets.
