Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive in Austin, Texas, to manage the sales process and develop marketing strategies. In this role, you'll take charge of inbound prospects, run Meta advertising campaigns, and create marketing content aimed at attracting larger clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of B2B closing experience with a proven record of earning substantial commissions. The position offers a competitive $85K base salary plus performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only).
• Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in compensation with a portion from commissions.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns or strong knowledge of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take introductory calls, manage the sales pipeline from first touch to close.
• Own internal Meta advertising campaigns and execute the marketing strategy.
• Create marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and social content.
