Job summary

Mento is seeking a Coach Development Manager to shape world‑class coaches and implement scalable development systems. You’ll lead training, assess coaching quality, and provide feedback while partnering with the Head of Coaching to translate methodology into scalable programs.

You’ll design and refine trainings, build tools and a Train‑the‑Trainer playbook, and ensure the coach lifecycle stays rigorous yet scalable. A PCC credential, 10+ years of coaching, and startup experience are required.

Qualifications

• ICF PCC credential required.
• 10+ years of professional coaching experience.
• Experience training, developing, supervising, or mentor coaching other coaches.
• Strong facilitation experience with groups of varying sizes.
• Experience in a startup/technology or fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Mento training programs, initially with Head of Coaching and independently as you develop mastery.
• Conduct and aggregate training and quality reviews, identifying development needs across the coach population.
• Support ongoing coach development through practice, feedback, mentor coaching, and programming.
• Develop tools, resources and learning experiences to scale coach development while preserving quality.
• Codify the facilitator‑development approach into a repeatable Train‑the‑Trainer playbook.
