Job summary

Mento, Inc. is seeking senior leaders in Sales and GTM roles to coach members remotely. You will form 1:1 coaching relationships, participate in ongoing training, and share insights to advance coaching practices across the Mento community.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in technology GTM leadership and are excited to translate people leadership into coaching. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with growth potential and a focus on AI-first coaching approaches.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of leadership experience in technology sales or GTM functions.
• Experience leading at Director/VP level or equivalent in fast-scaling tech environments.
• Interest in transitioning to coaching within a startup/scale-up context.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento app and email between sessions.
• Share tools and insights to improve coaching practices across the community.
• Represent Mento with kindness, respect and empathy.
