Job summary

Mento is seeking experienced CEO/C-suite leaders to join our team as coaches. This remote, part-time role involves providing personalized coaching to our members and improving their leadership skills through 1:1 sessions.

Ideal candidates will have at least 20 years of experience in team management, a passion for coaching, and an openness to learning and growing within a flexible startup environment.

Coaches will be required to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months and will participate in our ICF-certified training program.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals.
• Passionate about helping people build fulfilling careers.
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via the Mento App or email.
