Job summary

You should have a passion for helping others succeed and a strong background in technical research leadership. The role offers flexibility with a contract position paid hourly, incentivizing community growth on the Mento platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading technical research teams at AI/ML, health tech or related fields.
• Proven ability to coach and develop individuals effectively.
• Strong publications or patents in relevant areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching abilities.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community.
