Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely in the United States for enterprise AI-powered infrastructure projects. You will directly engage with customers, translate requirements into production systems, and drive adoption of our technology across environments.

The role blends software development, systems thinking, and hands-on delivery, with responsibilities spanning design, deployment, and ongoing improvement. Strong customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying production software.
• Experience directing customer-facing engagements.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and challenges.
• Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product/engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across apps and infra.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
• Own projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
