Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered infrastructure for enterprise customers. The Forward Deployed Engineer will work directly with customers to translate requirements into production systems and accelerate adoption of the company’s technology.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role combining software development, systems thinking, product feedback, and hands-on implementation across deployment, integration, and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go or similar.
• Experience building and deploying production software.
• Strong systems, API, integration and debugging skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
