Job summary

Crogl is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to advance security operations with AI. The role focuses on deploying Crogl's analytics platform for customer use, guiding implementations, and acting as a technical advisor to ensure successful adoption.

You will prototype rapidly, work with APIs and data integrations, and deploy applications within secure customer networks. Excellent communication and deep customer empathy are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in software or customer engineering with customer-facing focus.
• Proven rapid prototyping ability and end-to-end delivery.
• Familiarity with API concepts and data integration; knowledge of TypeScript, Go or Python.
• Experience deploying applications into secure customer networks (cloud & data center).
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex tech to varied audiences.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices in the Forward Deployed Engineering group.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural reviews and optimize deployments to maximize Crogl's platform value.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Crogl customers.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to drive improvements.
• Deliver sales demos with feature engineering, training, and model monitoring to boost adoption.
