Qualifications

• Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered features and workflows.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality.
• Investigate agent failures and improve performance.
• Build infrastructure for rapid experimentation and deployment.

Skills

Strong programming skills, preferably in Python

Solid software engineering fundamentals
