Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, customer-facing engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong programming expertise in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience developing cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, including APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, enterprise integrations, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting engagements.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and driving projects from concept through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
• Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and envisioning sessions for implementation roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Build Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and RAG solutions including AI copilots and intelligent workflows.
• Own delivery across client initiatives, ensuring production readiness and measurable outcomes.
