Jobgether partners with a client to hire a Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering in the United States. You will lead a distributed team across the US and Latin America, translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered systems and coordinating architecture decisions, prototypes, and production deployments.

You will blend hands-on technical leadership with client-facing delivery, shaping engineering practices, mentoring talent, and driving adoption of advanced AI technologies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years leading engineers or technical teams in distributed environments.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in consulting or forward deployed engineering settings.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and agentic architectures, including tool use and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed engineering team across the United States and Latin America.
• Own scope, quality, timelines, and business outcomes across multiple engagements.
• Lead demonstrations, architecture discussions, and delivery workshops for clients.
