Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with distributed systems and modern software architecture.

• Experience designing AI safety mechanisms and evaluation/testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and hands-on training for customer engineering teams.
• Mentor developers through architectural guidance and proof-of-concept development.
• Guide the design of multi-agent AI systems focusing on orchestration and semantic data flows.
