Forward Deployed Engineers sit inside the client’s problem, blending consultant, operator, and engineer roles to ship defensible AI solutions that run in the client’s environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
- Advanced English is required.
- A four‑year college degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Discover: run workshops, separate AI problems from workflow problems, return a scoped POV.
- Structure: map current state and decisions, translate into executable specs for people and AI.
- Architect & design: end‑to‑end agentic systems including orchestration, context, and tool integration.
- Build: ship working systems with agents and automations; prototypes prove value in weeks.
- Engineer delivery: own CI/CD, ensure reliable deployments and environments.
- Consult: defend decisions before CTOs/engineering leadership and support pre‑sales work.
