FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner delivering AI-enhanced software solutions for Fortune 500 and startup clients. We seek a seasoned engineer who can embed AI capabilities inside client systems, architect scalable solutions, and lead consultative discovery with executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, release, environments.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
Structure the process and the spec for automated workflows.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration, context, and tool integration.
Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, releases.
Provide consultative input to CTOs, VPs, and business leadership; support pre-sales scoping.
