Job summary

FullStack seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, identifying AI opportunities, architecting systems, and delivering production-ready solutions. You will operate across discovery, design, and delivery, partnering with executives to prove value and drive outcomes.

You will own architecture decisions, work with data and retrieval, and ensure trustworthy behavior of AI agents while meeting regulatory and client constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows.
• Advanced English required; strong client communication.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with frontier AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls and defend decisions with clients and executives.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on data and retrieval.
• Build and deploy AI-enabled solutions with robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate Day 2 responsibilities: observability, cost and latency management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure value delivery.
