Job summary

FullStack seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled workflows, and deliver production-grade agent systems. You will run discovery with executives, design retrieval-augmented architectures, and ship end-to-end capabilities that endure production.

Expect client-facing impact, fast cycles, and ongoing optimization. Ideal candidates have ML/Data Architect experience, deep knowledge of retrieval, and strong CI/CD for AI.

Qualifications

8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first, production-grade systems and tooling.
Experience designing CI/CD for AI/ML (LLMOps / MLOps).

Responsibilities

Discover by running workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure process specifications for automation projects.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, eval tooling.
Operate Day 2: observability, cost and latency management, drift control.
Consult with CTOs/VPs, defending decisions and driving proposals.
