Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI solutions in production. You will combine consulting, hands‑on engineering, and system design to ensure AI products deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with COOs, VPs of Engineering, and client teams to discover problems, structure specifications, and ship end‑to‑end agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed services).
• Working proficiency in TypeScript / Node, .NET / C#, or Java is a plus.
• Track record as an ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead.
• Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders to uncover AI problems.
• Structure: map current state, decisions, data, and exceptions into specs.
• Architect & design: end‑to‑end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build: ship agents, retrieval services, and data flows that prove value.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, versioning, and evaluators.
• Operate (Day 2): maintain eval harnesses, observability, and cost control.
• Consult: defend decisions with senior leadership and shape proposals.
