Job summary

LoanCare Foreclosure Specialist Team Lead position oversees foreclosure decisions with governmental, special servicing, private label investors, and high-profile clients. Reports to the Foreclosure Supervisor and ensures compliance with agency and insurer guidelines while minimizing risk.

The role includes mentoring staff, reporting, and coordinating with attorneys to manage foreclosure timelines, judgments, and sales across the country.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for document execution of various foreclosure documents per Federal Compliance standards
• Knowledgeable in agency, investor or insurer timelines and document requirements for foreclosures
• Experienced in calculation and preparation of foreclosure judgment figures and state required documents
• Prints, Reviews and Executes the attorney provided foreclosure documents to prepare foreclosure loans for sheriff’s sale
• Calculates bidding instructions for nationwide foreclosure sales and reviews for accuracy
• Reviews and provides HAMP certification nationwide notifications prior to foreclosure sale
• Ability to provide exceptional representation of LoanCare in a legal proceeding
• Work reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy per company and federal compliance standards
• Executes policies at direction of supervisor and makes recommendations for change
• Assist the Default Supervisor/Manager with special projects including Monitor team performance, preparing management review reports, quality control audits
• Provide backup coverage for other Foreclosure Specialists
• Monitor attorney progress and insure foreclosure timeliness are maintain in accordance with state and investor requirements
• All other duties as assigned.
