Job summary

Diaz Anselmo & Assoc. PA in Florida is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily workflow operations, support team performance, and drive operational excellence in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditor rights contexts.

You will coach staff, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients on requirements, scorecards, and audits while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, or related legal operations.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and client scorecards.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing leadership support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize team workflow to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide guidance and support on departmental procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards.
• Conduct quality reviews and spot checks to maintain accuracy and adherence to client scorecards and internal expectations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team questions, issues, and escalations.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to encourage professional development and improved performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry within internal systems and client platforms.
