Job summary

Falcon Legal Talent seeks an experienced Non-Judicial Foreclosure Operations Manager to lead state-based teams supporting a high-volume residential foreclosure practice. This role reports to the Director of Non-Judicial Foreclosure and oversees managers and team leads across multiple states.

Candidates should bring deep trustee-side or law firm-side knowledge, strong people management, client service, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling or managing residential non-judicial foreclosure operations.
• Experience in a law firm, foreclosure trustee, or creditor’s rights environment.
• Knowledge of state-specific non-judicial foreclosure milestones and requirements.
• Experience overseeing multi-state foreclosure operations and managing managers or team leads.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex foreclosure and process issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for state-based non-judicial foreclosure teams.
• Directly manage state or functional managers and larger teams reporting through them.
• Oversee milestone-driven processes including notices of default, sale, and deadlines.
• Ensure files progress accurately and timely per client requirements and law.
• Identify and resolve complex file-level and operational issues.
• Serve as escalation point for exceptions, missed milestones, and client concerns.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement priorities and process improvements.
• Establish accountability through metrics, quality controls, and follow-up.
• Evaluate workflows and develop procedures to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Support expansion into additional non-judicial foreclosure states.
• Manage relationships with large servicers and smaller investors.
• Address performance, workload, training, and team development needs.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, client relations, and technology teams.
