Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, with at least 1 year in Default Servicing.

• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure progress from referral to post-foreclosure and manage related issues.
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays and resolve simple contested actions.
• Provide status updates to investors and assemble documentation for audits and regulatory requests.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for Foreclosure metrics and workflow tracking.
