Job summary

LoanCare is a leading national provider of full service mortgage subservicing, subservicing over 1.8 million loans. The role focuses on accurate foreclosure referrals, attorney assignment, and monitoring DLQ 60 reports to guide loan qualification for foreclosure.

We seek a candidate with a high school diploma, 1–2 years in pre-foreclosure, and knowledge of federal servicing requirements. Strong communication and independent work styles are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in pre-foreclosure or related field.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA & VA servicing default requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately and timely with appropriate signatures.
• Assign the correct foreclosure attorney using the Attorney Referral matrix.
• Review DLQ 60 Report to qualify loans eligible for foreclosure and manage executive dashboard metrics.
