Execute foreclosure-related tasks with a focus on federal compliance standards and timely processing, while also calculating bidding instructions for nationwide sales and reviewing HAMP certifications.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage banking, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, and foreclosure laws.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Access, and mortgage loan software.

Mansioni

• Execute foreclosure documents per Federal Compliance standards and prepare loans for sheriff's sale.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage banking, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, and federal/state foreclosure laws.
• Strong PC skills including advanced Word, Excel, Access, and mortgage loan software.
