Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist II for the NY Foreclosure Department. This primarily remote role involves reviewing and managing motions, judgments, and related court pleadings, while maintaining up-to-date information in the firm's systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of foreclosure experience (New York foreclosure preferred), basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to type quickly. The firm offers a robust benefits package for remote employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred; NY foreclosure experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to type quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review and compile data/documents for Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Foreclosure & Sale.
• Draft and file Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Judgment of Foreclosure & Sale.
• Follow up with courts to track actions and move matters through the courts.
• Prepare and file court pleadings related to the motion (e.g., Military Affidavits, Notice of Entry).
• Provide court updates to appearing attorneys; attend status conferences and motions.
• Maintain up-to-date information in case management/client systems.
