We seek a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, screen calls, and provide foreclosure-related information, serving as a point of contact for the customer service inbox and assisting with client system administration.

The role requires responding professionally to client requests, creating and resetting logins, and coordinating with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or call center is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients.
• Proficient with computers and software applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Professional presentation and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Hours 11:30 to 8:00 PM EST.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
• Provide foreclosure related information to callers.
• Review and respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Reply or forward general customer service emails.
• Communicate with team members and clients regarding inquiries within the client systems.
• Create/Delete/Reset Client system logins.
• Extensive communication with clients and borrowers via phone.
