Job summary

Nemovi Law Group, APC is seeking a Foreclosure Manager to own our non-judicial foreclosure operations from referral through sale and post-sale. This fully remote role requires leading a distributed team, ensuring compliance with California statutes and investor guidelines, and maintaining a high-volume pipeline with discipline and focus.

You will supervise foreclosure processors, coordinate with title and auction vendors, and escalate issues to attorneys as needed while delivering timely status

Qualifications

• 5+ years in non-judicial foreclosure with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of California foreclosure law; WA/TX/NV/AZ exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with servicer platforms and title/trustee operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure pipeline from referral to trustee sale and results.
• Supervise foreclosure processors and set daily workflow priorities.
• Ensure compliance with state statutes, investor guidelines, and HUD/REO standards; escalate to attorneys as needed.
• Coordinate with title companies and vendors; monitor timelines in case management systems.
