The Mortgage Law Firm seeks an Operations Analyst & Site Manager to support foreclosure operations and serve as on-site leader for the Vancouver, WA office. The role blends hands-on case processing with operational oversight, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination to deliver compliant, timely results.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, improving processes, and maintaining accurate reporting while coordinating with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in mortgage default servicing, foreclosure operations, or related field.
• Experience with judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes preferred.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with operational reporting and process improvements preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows across judicial and non-judicial foreclosure departments.
• Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
• Recommend and assist with process improvements and rollouts.
• Review metrics, aging reports, and service level performance.
• Support escalation management and client satisfaction efforts.
• Maintain case progression and ensure timely completion.
