Nemovi Law Group, APC is seeking a Foreclosure Manager to own our non-judicial foreclosure operations from referral through sale and post-sale. This fully remote role requires leading a distributed team, ensuring compliance with California statutes and investor guidelines, and maintaining a high-volume pipeline with discipline and focus.

You will supervise foreclosure processors, coordinate with title and auction vendors, and escalate issues to attorneys as needed while delivering timely status

• Strong knowledge of California foreclosure law; WA/TX/NV/AZ exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with servicer platforms and title/trustee operations.

About Us

Nemovi Law Group is a creditor-side real estate default and mortgage servicing compliance firm representing national banks, servicers, credit unions, and private lenders. We handle non-judicial foreclosure, bankruptcy, default litigation, and REO matters across California, Washington, Texas, Nevada, and Arizona.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Foreclosure Manager to own our non-judicial foreclosure operations from referral through sale and post-sale. You’ll lead the foreclosure team, keep files moving on timeline, and make sure every step meets state statutory requirements and investor and client guidelines. This is a fully remote position, so you’ll need a reliable home office setup and the discipline to manage a distributed team and a high-volume pipeline independently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the foreclosure pipeline from referral to trustee’s sale, including NOD, NOS, postponements, and sale results
• Supervise and train foreclosure processors and set daily workflow priorities
• Ensure compliance with state foreclosure statutes (including the California Homeowner Bill of Rights), RESPA/Reg X loss mitigation rules, the FDCPA, and investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/HUD, VA)
• Coordinate with title companies, posting and publishing vendors, and auction platforms
• Handle bankruptcy holds, loss mitigation holds, and postponement requests, and **escalate** issues to attorneys
• Monitor timelines and file status in client servicing platforms and our case management system
• Prepare and present status reports to clients; respond to audits and scorecards
• Identify process improvements and help build scalable, technology-driven workflows

What You Bring

• 5+ years of non-judicial foreclosure experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory or lead role
• Deep working knowledge of California foreclosure law; experience with WA, TX, NV, or AZ is a strong plus
• Familiarity with servicer platforms ([e.g., LPS/Black Knight Desktop, Tempo, VendorScape]) and title/trustee operations
• Strong command of investor and agency requirements and timelines
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volume under deadline
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients and staff

Nice to Have

• HUD/HECM foreclosure or REO experience
• Experience at a law firm or trustee company serving institutional lenders
