Job summary

Stanislaus Food Products Co. seeks a Business Development Representative for the Baltimore area.

This remote, full-time position in Towson, MD, reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers a base salary with uncapped commission potential, targeting $80,000+ in base earnings and $140,000+ with commissions. You will sell our Italian-style tomatoes and oils to independent restaurateurs, lead account development, and collaborate with distributors to grow revenue while maintaining a strong quota

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience in foodservice, restaurant, or distribution.
• Minimum of 2+ years of culinary experience in restaurant operations.
• Willing to travel daily to visit clients and conduct meetings.
• Minimum of 2+ years of strong prospecting skills, including door-to-door outreach.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for supporting and growing small, independent restaurant businesses.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enter restaurant kitchens to engage chefs and owners and conduct tastings.
• Influence customers to purchase via distributors.
• Sell with a results-oriented approach and meet or exceed quota.
• Maintain confidence with an exuberant attitude while working remotely.
