Stanislaus Food Products is seeking a Business Development Representative for Baltimore. This remote, full-time exempt role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on selling to mom-and-pop restaurateurs, conducting tastings, and developing new business in targeted accounts.

Candidates should have 2+ years of culinary experience, strong prospecting skills, excellent communication, and Spanish speaking ability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience in restaurant ops.
• Strong prospecting and sales ability with door-to-door outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Conversational in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stanislaus products to mom-and-pop restaurateurs and drive new revenue.
• Support targeted account development and in-person tastings.
• Travel daily to visit clients and conduct meetings, remotely meeting quotas.
• Influence distributors to carry our products.
