Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to own and lead data migration projects for federal, state, and local agencies within RelativityOne. You will work with engineering and customer teams to map, validate, transform, and cut over FOIA data with FedRAMP-aligned practices.

You will serve as the technical lead for migration tooling, write specifications, and ensure secure, compliant data handling while enabling agency customers to onboard and manage FOIA data effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with government agencies or regulated customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and transforming data; Python/PowerShell/JSON/XML/CSV processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead; driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new customers and government agencies.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues with engineering collaboration.
• Maintain backlog for the Data Migration Utility and drive feature iteration.
