Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migrations for federal, state, and local agencies within RelativityOne. This role pairs hands-on migration work with technical leadership to design tooling, validate data, and ensure secure, compliant delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering and agency customers, applying FOIA regulations and FedRAMP requirements, including Public Trust considerations for successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with government agencies, public-sector organizations, or regulated customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and transforming data; hands-on with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical government stakeholders.
• Experience as product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers to RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues and data anomalies with engineering.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
