Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to serve as both hands-on practitioner and technical lead for the FOIA Data Migration initiative within RelativityOne. The role supports onboarding, migrating, and managing FOIA data for federal, state, and local government customers.

You will partner with engineering and government customers to define tooling requirements, write user stories, and drive migration delivery while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FIPS 140-3, and NIST

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated industries in technical roles.
• Experience designing and executing data migrations and data integration projects.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python, PowerShell, and data formats.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers within RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical lead and backlog owner for the Data Migration Utility.
• Create migration playbooks and best practices for government data handling.
