Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government agencies, enabling secure onboarding to RelativityOne. You will balance hands-on execution with technical leadership, shaping tooling, data mapping, and cutover strategies while engaging FOIA customers to deliver compliant migrations.

You will act as the subject matter expert on FOIA data handling, agency workflows, and security compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including migration design and execution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying; hands-on with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead with requirements and specifications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; federal clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for FOIA customers and government agencies with accurate, secure migrations.
• Develop migration plans: data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies for agency needs.
• Serve as primary technical contact across migration lifecycle from planning to validation.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies in collaboration with engineering.
• Serve as SME and backlog driver for the Data Migration Utility, balancing delivery and scalability.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs; test and validate new utility features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency data workflows to deliver tailored guidance.
• Onboard FOIA agency customers and establish repeatable migration playbooks with success criteria.
• Represent government data handling perspectives, translating needs into product feedback.
• Create technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge-base content for scalable delivery.
• Identify defects, tool gaps, and process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Work within FedRAMP and government data security context; access to DT1 data requires Public Trust.
