Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government customers onto RelativityOne. You will lead data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies while acting as the technical point of contact across migrations.

You will collaborate with engineering to prioritize tooling requirements, write detailed user stories and specs, and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying/transformation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation; federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne with government agencies.
• Develop migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the main technical contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues with engineering collaboration.
• Serve as SME and backlog driver for the Data Migration Utility; balance delivery and scalability.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications; test and provide feedback.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency data workflows to provide tailored migration guidance.
