Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end FOIA data migrations into RelativityOne for government agencies. You will balance hands-on execution with technical leadership, coordinating with engineering and FOIA customers, while adhering to FedRAMP, NIST, and DT1 data security requirements.

The role requires Public Trust eligibility, strong SQL/data-migration skills, and experience guiding migration tooling, backlogs, and playbooks within a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical or consulting capacity
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including designing and executing migrations of structured and/or semi-structured data sets
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; hands-on experience with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements, documenting specifications, and driving iterative delivery
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation as a condition of employment. Candidates with an active federal clearance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for FOIA customers and government agencies, ensuring secure migrations into RelativityOne
• Develop and execute migration plans including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies
• Serve as the technical contact for FOIA customers across migration lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues in collaboration with engineering
• Lead the Data Migration Utility as a subject matter expert and backlog driver
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; test and validate new features
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and best practices
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency workflows to provide migration guidance
• Onboard FOIA customers with TAM and Customer Success teams, establish playbooks
• Document migration processes; continuously refine methodologies for accuracy and efficiency
• Work within FedRAMP and government data security contexts; DT1 data handling
• Utilize Azure-native toolsets and shared resources
