Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end data migrations for government customers into RelativityOne. This role combines hands-on execution with technical leadership, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient migrations across Federal, state, and local agencies.

The ideal candidate has government-domain experience, familiarity with FedRAMP, FIPS 140-3, and NIST frameworks, and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated industries in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with structured data.
• Strong SQL querying and data transformation skills; experience with Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, and CSV processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for varied stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and delivering iteratively.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for new government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Act as key technical contact across the migration lifecycle with customers.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs; test and validate features.
• Ensure FedRAMP data security compliance and use Azure-native tools.
