Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration for government customers into RelativityOne. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership to define tooling requirements and ensure secure, compliant data transfers.

You will coordinate with engineering and customer teams, manage FedRAMP and security requirements, and guide the migration lifecycle from planning to validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with government agencies or regulated customers in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation tools; scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for government stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead delivering iterative software solutions.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust designation; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as primary technical contact for FOIA customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues with engineering collaboration.
• Act as SME and backlog driver for the Data Migration Utility and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
