Job summary

AgentDynamics is hiring a Regional Account Executive to own and grow our presence in Florida. This remote role covers a full sales cycle, from identifying priority dealerships to closing. Regular travel throughout Florida is required to meet leaders and expand the footprint.

You’ll build your own pipeline, engage dealership decision-makers, and drive measurable business outcomes across sales and service.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years of B2B SaaS or tech sales with full-cycle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Florida territory strategy and target dealerships and dealer groups.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closes.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and networking.
• Develop credibility with Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDC leaders, and service directors.
• Travel across Florida to visit dealerships and attend automotive industry events.
• Maintain HubSpot/CRM hygiene with clear next steps and disciplined follow-up.
• Translate field insights into improved messaging and playbooks for the team.
