Flai, an AI-native B2B SaaS platform for automotive dealerships, is expanding its presence across Ohio and Indiana. The Regional Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, prospect, and close with dealership groups, traveling across the territory as needed to build a strong pipeline and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with the founders to shape the go-to-market strategy, gather market feedback, and help scale the business in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing deals in a high-velocity environment.
• Direct experience selling to dealerships or inside a dealership is preferred.
• Clear, persuasive communication in person or remote pitches.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across Ohio and Indiana.
• Build and manage a clear sales pipeline with priority accounts.
• Meet dealership leaders in person to establish trust and momentum.
• Develop the territory go-to-market motion with founders.
• Provide market insights to Product and Leadership to influence product direction.
