Job summary

AgentDynamics is seeking a Regional Account Executive to own and grow our Florida presence. You will build relationships with dealerships and dealer groups, drive discovery, demos, negotiations, and closes, and cultivate a strong field-based pipeline across the state.

You will travel regularly throughout Florida, work in a fast-growing AI-for-automotive-retail environment, and help shape expansion strategies while delivering measurable business outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales with full-cycle ownership and proven closing ability.
• Strong track record generating own opportunities through outbound, referrals, and events.
• Experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets with predictable results.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Florida territory strategy and prioritization of dealerships and dealer groups.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, discovery, demo, negotiate, and close.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Develop credibility with Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, BDCs, Marketing Directors, and Service Directors.
• Spend significant time in the field visiting dealerships to drive momentum.
• Maintain clean CRM and clear next steps to accelerate deals.
• Translate dealer needs into measurable business outcomes with AgentDynamics.
• Expand relationships into multi-rooftop deployments across sales and service.
