Ideal candidates hold an active Florida 20-44 or 220 license, have 2+ years in a Florida multi-carrier independent agency, and are proficient with VOIP and cloud-based agency management software.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 20-44 (Personal Lines) or 220 (General Lines) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-carrier independent agency in Florida.
• Dedicated, quiet home office space with high-speed internet; tech-savvy; comfortable with VOIP phone systems and cloud-based agency management software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound and outbound calls for Homeowners, Flood, and Auto policies.
• Maintain high-quality, accurate client communications and policy updates.
• Educate clients on coverage limits and Florida insurance landscape.
• Keep client files and agency management systems updated in real-time.
• Collaborate with team via digital tools to ensure reliable service.
